Overview last orders

Overview of the last Amazon orders in AMALYTIX

Under Orders, you will be able to see the last orders in all marketplaces, which are updated every 30 minutes. AMALYTIX will show you the order details if you click on an entry. If already available, you will be shown any profits, rebates, costs, etc. that are connected with the order by Amazon, enabling you to trace the gross profit per order.

Filter Options

You can use the filters to display selected orders.

Order Details

If you click on an entry, the details of the order will be displayed. If already available, we will also show you all sales and discounts linked to Amazon.

Just hover with your mouse over the info icon to see a breakdown of all costs associated with an order.

Alerts

You can subscribe to the following alerts for the topic seller orders:

  • Sales anomalies: Triggers when current orders show an uncommon pattern (higher or lower compared to the previous period)
  • Return rate anomalies: Triggers when return rate shows an uncommon pattern (higher or lower compared to the previous period)
  • No sales last seven days: Triggers when a SKU has no sales in the last seven days
  • No sales last 30 days: Triggers when a SKU has no sales in the last 30 days
  • No sales last 60 days: Triggers when a SKU has no sales in the last 60 days
  • No sales last 90 days: Triggers when a SKU has no sales in the last 90 days

Go to Settings / Alerts to activate one or more of these alerts.

Available Amazon reports

You also have the possibility of exporting specific key figures as a report. To do this, go to the Orders Report and set a marketplace and a start and end date, if necessary, to limit the result.
