When is the "Existing review was changed" alert triggered?

The alert is triggered when an existing review changed.

What additional information does the alert provide?

We display the review before and after the change, as well as the difference, which we highlight with red for what was removed, and green for what was added.

On the "Alerts" page you will find all the alerts that AMALYTIX has created for the "Existing review was changed" alert. Click on the respective entry to display further information.

For whom is the alert available?

The alert is available for both sellers and vendors.

How do I activate the alert?

Under "Settings / Alerts", go to the alerts that are already available and activate the corresponding alert "Existing review was changed" under "Select alert types".
