Amazon Alert: New question on the listing

When is the "New question on the listing" alert triggered?

Customers have the option of leaving a question on the listing, which can then be answered by customers and sellers. As soon as a new question is received, this alert is displayed.

What additional information does the note provide?

We display the text of the question under "Alerts". Under Customer feedback / Questions you will find all further information. On the "Alerts" page you will find all the notes that AMALYTIX has created for the alert "New question on the listing". Click on the respective entry to display further information.

For whom is the note available?

The notice is available for both sellers and vendors.

How do I activate the notice?

Under "Settings / Alerts", go to the notes that are already available and activate the corresponding note "New question on the listing" under "Select note types".
