In close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the CEO, you will play a key role in the strategic, conceptual, and operational design of our marketing activities. Whether it's technical SEO, data-driven campaigns, or cross-channel strategies – you combine operational excellence with a holistic approach and make our marketing future-proof.
- SEO as a foundation for sustainable growth: You continuously analyze and develop our technical and content SEO strategies, conduct website audits and keyword research, and implement measures to increase organic traffic and conversions. Using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, and Screaming Frog, you identify optimization potential and implement it. In doing so, you take a holistic approach and ensure that SEO is optimally linked with other channels like email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Data analysis and data-driven decisions: You set up and maintain tracking and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and our CRM system (Close) to connect all marketing channels – from YouTube and LinkedIn to email marketing and, in the future, TikTok and Meta. Your reports clearly show where our traffic, leads, and customers are coming from, and you develop an attribution model that reveals cross-channel connections. These analyses form the basis for data-driven optimizations of our entire marketing strategy.
- Building and developing Performance Marketing: You are responsible for the development and optimization of our SEA and paid social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Using data-driven approaches, you plan and ensure an effective integration of performance campaigns with organic efforts. Your goal is to maximize ROI and increase cross-channel efficiency.
- Operational excellence with a clear focus: You bring a strong hands-on mentality and implement measures independently and efficiently. You work closely with teams like development, sales, customer success, and content marketing to successfully execute cross-channel projects. Your goal is to combine operational excellence with strategic foresight and achieve sustainable success.
- Education and experience: You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) and at least 3 years of professional experience in SEO and Performance Marketing – ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical know-how: You have a solid understanding of technical SEO aspects such as crawling, indexing, and rendering, as well as web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You are also proficient in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strategic and operational thinking: You are able to develop comprehensive SEO and performance marketing strategies that directly contribute to our company goals. At the same time, you combine this strategic foresight with a pronounced hands-on mentality to drive and successfully implement projects on your own.
- Analytical skills: You have extensive experience working with tracking and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix, etc., and use data-driven insights to identify and realize optimization potential.
- Linguistic and communication skills: Your excellent German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently and professionally in both languages. You can explain complex matters clearly and understandably – both internally and externally.
