Where We Work
Our home? The Leitradlofts. An old industrial building that smells of history. Once, huge ship propellers turned here; today, thoughts are in motion. High ceilings, rough concrete – a place that allows room for thinking while staying grounded.
- Central Location
- Our office is located in the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld on Lichtstraße, across from the Live Music Hall. The Ehrenfeld train station is just a few minutes’ walk away.
- Catering
- A kitchen and a smoothie blender are available on-site. And in our building, Elif makes the best wraps.
- And the Coffee?
- A Lelit Bianca that makes espresso just the way it should be. Never worked with a portafilter? No problem. Julian and Trutz will teach you how beans turn into magic and milk foam becomes latte art.

How We Hire
We prefer to have conversations in person at our office, but alternatively, we can also meet via Google Meet.
- First Introduction
- In the first call, we get to know each other personally. You get to know us, and we get to know you. Here, we’re simply interested and focus on team fit. You should decide after the call whether the position is really what you’re looking for. Because it has to be the right fit for you, too. If you have professional experience, please ideally share 2 references with us that we can contact during this conversation.
- Professional Exchange
- In a second call, we’ll go through a case study with you. Here, we want to see what you can do and where you might have potential for further development.
- An unclear yes is a clear no.
- If, after a conversation, we are not 100% sure that it’s a good fit both professionally and personally, we won’t move forward. So, make sure to present your best self. On the other hand, we’ll try to convince you of us, because we also know: Real talents can usually choose their job.
